This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our public marketing website (“Site”) located at advicehealthcareinc.com and any subdomains we operate.
Scope clarification: This Site is a marketing and informational property. It is not used to receive, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). Our service platforms that process PHI are governed by separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our health plan customers.
