This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our public marketing website (“Site”) located at advicehealthcareinc.com and any subdomains we operate.

Scope clarification: This Site is a marketing and informational property. It is not used to receive, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). Our service platforms that process PHI are governed by separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our health plan customers.

We collect two categories of information through this Site:

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
